Counseling

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

ARNO Temperament Profiles that have been processed are exempt from being refunded.

If you are dissatisfied with the services you have received, either from an individual/marriage/family counseling session or workshop/retreat, please contact us to discuss your dissatisfaction. We will do our best to remedy the situation or issue a refund.

Courses

30 days from Course start: Full refund

14 days from Course start: 50% refund

7 days from Course start: 25% refund

Refunds for Courses withdrawn from after Course start will generally not be given but may be discussed on an individual basis.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
